Asthma, Diabetic and Heart Disease Clinics 

asthma_inhaler_5We have specially trained practice nurses who regularly review all asthmatic, diabetic and heart disease patients. Telephone 01244 680169.

Contraceptive Services

Our Practice Nurses and Doctors provide contraceptive services. This ranges from simple pill checks with our Nurse, to Coil or Implant fittings, removals and replacements. If you require emergency contraception and feel uncomfortable explaining this to our receptionist please ask for Zoe when ringing 01244 680169.

Practice Nurses

The Practice Nurses may be consulted for the following: COPD, Chronic heart disease, child health surveillance, smears, dressings, removal of stitches, baby immunisations and health promotion clinics. NHS flu injections are available during the winter months for eligible patients. Annual health checks are also offered to all patients aged over 75 years. Please telephone 680169 if you wish to make an appointment to see a Practice Nurse.

Minor Surgery Services

Minor Surgery clinics are fitted in to Dr. O’Dells clinics on days where we have plenty of capacity with other GP's. During the ongoing pandemic we do have a waiting list for appointments of these nature. To be placed on the list you will initially need a discussion/review with a GP to ensure a minor surgery is possible and appropriate.
