Online Access to medical records

 

In line with government guidelines Handbridge Medical Centre is developing plans to enable patients to view and download a brief summary of their medical records by April 2015.  We will keep you informed as plans develop and let you know nearer the time how to access this service.  For more information on online access, please see the link below:

Handbridge Medical Centre

The doctors and staff at Handbridge Medical Centre in Chester are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like

 


 

Our main flu clinic has been held on the 18th of October 2014. If you are unsure if you qualify for a flu jab, please ask at reception.


 We have a patient group - find out more

being held on Wednesday the 12th of November 2014 5:00-6:30pm at Handbridge Medical Cente.

Please be aware that a certain number of doctors appointments are available to pre-book up to two weeks in advance. See appointments section for more details.

The surgery will be shut between 12.30 - 5.00pm for training purposes on:

An Extended Hours Clinic runs 6.30pm-8pm weekdays and Saturdays 10am – 12 Noon on the Countess of Chester Health Park site, routine appointments can be booked by calling 01244 385422.

 

The Out of Hours Service operates overnight and at weekends on 01244 385300.
